Word to the Action is a San Diego based bedroom rock, lo fi beats, trip hop, soul punk collaborative of producers and players. Starting in 2020, the project has released multiple singles and 1 instrumental album with a focus on groove, bass, rock, soul, and world beats. The collaborative nature results in multiple styles moving in between minimalist rock fuzz tunes to four on the floor grooves, hip hop and punk sensibilities, and instrumentals sprinkled with odd vocal samples.
